By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our application or services.

Love note drawings, messages, and photos
Push notification tokens for delivering notifications

Connect you with your partner through secure invitation codes
Deliver love notes and push notifications
Process subscriptions and manage your account

Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, and app sandbox protection. Your data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

5Your Data Rights

You are entitled to:

Access your personal data
Correct any inaccuracies
Delete your account and all associated data
Restrict or object to the processing of your data

To delete your account, go to Profile Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data.

6Children's Privacy

LoveNote is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7Widget Privacy Notice

The LoveNote home screen widget displays your most recently received love note. This widget may be visible to others who view your device's home screen.
