Welcome to LoveNote. Before you can use our application, it is mandatory that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our application or services.

1Use of Our Services

Personal Use Only

Our services are intended for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from using our services for commercial purposes, including:

Reselling our services
Copying or reproducing any part of our services for commercial use
Utilizing our services in a manner intended to generate income

Software Protection

You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LoveNote. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. LoveNote allows you to connect with one partner using a unique invitation code. By linking your account, you consent to sharing your love notes and profile information exclusively with that partner.

4Subscription Details

LoveNote operates on a subscription basis with the following options:

One subscription covers both you and your partner. Your payment method will be automatically billed unless you cancel. Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

5User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in LoveNote, including drawings, messages, and photos. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for providing the LoveNote service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties—either express or implied. LoveNote disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall LoveNote be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.

7Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoveNote, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your access to or use of our services, or your breach of these Terms.

8Termination and Modification

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice, especially if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile Settings in the app.

Modification of Terms

LoveNote reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
